LONDON (Alliance News) - Raven Russia Ltd said that Executive Deputy Chairman Anton Bilton purchased 1.3 million shares at a price of 42.50 pence per share on Wednesday, at a total of GBP531,250.
Following his transaction, Bilton now has 43.9 million shares in total, reflecting a 6.6% stake in the company.
Shares in the property investment company closed down 1.2% at 41.50 pence on Thursday.
