LONDON (Alliance News) - Quoram PLC said Friday that, following a dividend distribution from ORA Capital Partners Limited, Chairman James Ede-Golightly now holds an interest in around 0.79% of the company, or 7.6 million shares.
Ede-Golightly received 1.4 million shares in the in specie dividend distribution.
Shares in the exploration company were trading down 14% Friday morning.
