LONDON (Alliance News) - PeerTV PLC said that Non-Executive Director Kavi Dhana bought 302,432 shares at 1.85 pence per share Wednesday.
Following this transaction Dhana and his family hold 974,463 shares in the company, or a 7.91% stake.
Shares in PeerTV closed up 7.7% at 1.75 pence Wednesday.
