LONDON (Alliance News) - Panther Securities PLC said Non-Executive Director Bryan Galan bought 5,000 shares at a price of 355 pence per share Wednesday.
The property investment company said Galan also bought 1,000 shares at 305p each on Monday.
Following these acquisitions, Galan's total beneficial interest is 338,669 shares, equivalent to a 1.91% stake.
The stock was up 6.0% at 355.00p at the close Wednesday.
