LONDON (Alliance News) - Old Mutual PLC on Tuesday said Non-Executive Director Alan Gillespie bought shares in the insurance and banking group in a transaction on Friday last week.
Gillespie purchased 1.3 million shares at a price of 222.32 pence each, worth GBP3.0 million.
Shares in Old Mutual were trading 2.1% higher at 222.80p each on Tuesday afternoon, up 2.6% at ZAR39.33 in Johannesburg.
