LONDON (Alliance News) - Obtala Ltd said Wednesday that Chairman Miles Pelham bought GBP62,250 worth of shares in the company.
Pelham bought one million shares in the company at 6.2 pence per share each on Tuesday. His total shareholding following the purchase was not disclosed.
Shares in the agriculture and forestry focused investment company were trading 0.8% lower at 6.55 pence each.
