LONDON (Alliance News) - North Midland Construction PLC said Group Human Resources Director Karen Morris purchased 8,172 shares at a price of 550 pence per share on Wednesday.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Morris now holds in the construction and engineering company following the GBP44,946 deal.
Shares in North Midland Construction were up 13% at 490.00p on Wednesday.
