LONDON (Alliance News) - Norcon PLC Thursday said Norconsult Telematics Holdings Ltd, a company controlled by Non-Executive Director Jørn Longem, purchased 3.0 million shares at a price of 19 pence per share on Wednesday.
Chairman Trond Tostrup, Chief Financial Officer Arne Dag Aanensen and Gaute Vik, an executive director, are also directors of Norconsult Telematics.
Following the above transaction, Norconsult Telematics now holds a total of 33.3 million shares, representing 67.61% of the total voting rights.
The company also said Non-Executive Director Kenneth West sold 72,222 shares at 18,75p each on Tuesday. West no longer has any interest in Norcron.
The stock was up 5.4% at 18.44p Thursday.
