LONDON (Alliance News) - Neptune-Calculus Income and Growth VCT PLC Friday said non-executive directors John Glencross and David Kempton each bought 23,810 shares at a price of 42 pence per share on Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Glencross and Kempton hold 109,752 and 98,940 shares respectively.
The stock last closed 38.50p.
