(Alliance News) - Marketing technology company Mporium Group PLC said on Tuesday that the daughter of Non-Executive Chair Charles Pendred has purchased 2.0 million shares in the firm.
In a transaction on Monday, Lydia Pendred bought the shares at an average price 1.006 pence each for a total price of GBP20,120. It is not known how many shares, if any, she had in the company prior to the transaction.
Following the deal, Charles Pendred now has a beneficial holding of 9.3 million Mporium shares - including those held by his daughter - representing 0.9% of the company.
Shares in Mporium closed down 2.0% at 1.00 pence each in London on Tuesday afternoon.
