LONDON (Alliance News) - Market Tech Holdings Ltd on Thursday said its Non-Executive Chairman Neil Sachdev bought 20,000 shares in the company at 119.50 pence per share on Thursday.
Market Tech Holdings did not say how many shares Sachdev held following the transaction.
Shares in Market Tech Holdings closed up 12% at 131.00p on Thursday.
