LONDON (Alliance News) - Manx Financial Group PLC Monday said that TD Direct Investing Nominees Europe Ltd, in trust for Non-Executive Independent Director David Gibson, purchased 550,000 shares at a price of 11.00 pence per share on Friday.
It said that following the transaction, the total holding of shares held by TD Direct Investing Nominees Europe Ltd, in trust for David Gibson, is 1.3 million shares, representing a 1.27% stake in the company.
Manx Financial Group shares were up 11.6% at midday, trading at 12.00 pence per share.
