LONDON (Alliance News) - Lombard Risk Management PLC said Global Alliances Director Clifford van Tonder bought 28,000 shares at a price of 7.40 pence per share on Friday.
Von Tonder's total shareholding was undisclosed.
Shares in the regulatory compliance and risk management company were down 1.5% at 7.02p Friday.
