Bank of Georgia Group PLC - Tbilisi-based investor in businesses in Georgia - Senior Independent Director David Morrison buys 35,000 shares at average GBP7.56, worth GBP264,477, on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday last week.

Georgia Capital PLC - Tbilisi-based lender - Non-Executive Director Alasdair Breach sells 107,878 shares from Gemsstock Ltd as investment manager to Gemsstock Master Fund and Gemsstock CAV Master LP at average GBP25.45, worth GBP2.7 million, on Friday last week. Breach via Gemmstock Ltd had bought GBP1.3 million in Bank of Georgia shares in May and GBP3.6 million in March.
