LONDON (Alliance News) - Lakehouse PLC said Monday that Chairman Robert Holt bought 100,000 shares in the energy support services company.
Holt acquired the shares at 41.25 pence each for a total of GBP41,250. His total shareholding following the deal amounts to 0.06% of the company.
Lakehouse shares were untraded at 40.50p each on Monday.
