(Alliance News) - Kingfisher PLC on Monday said Chief Executive Officer Thierry Garnier and Chief Financial Officer Bernard Bot both purchased shares in the London-headquartered retailing company.
In a transaction on Wednesday last week, Garnier acquired 60,000 shares at a price of 212.7 pence each, worth GBP127,620.
On Friday last week, Bot bought 50,000 shares at a price of 208.0p each, totalling GBP104,000.
Following these transactions, Garnier holds 3.4 million shares in Kingfisher, while Bot has 1.8 million.
Kingfisher shares closed 3.0% higher in London on Monday at 215.30p each.
