LONDON (Alliance News) - Marine engineering services company James Fisher & Sons PLC Monday said Chief Executive Officer Nicholas Henry transferred, via a self-invested pension plan, 7,853 shares to his wife Caroline Henry. The shares were sold at a price of 1325 pence per share as part of the transfer and repurchased at 1306p each Friday.
Following this transaction, Henry's beneficial interest in the issued share capital has not changed and remains at 135,799 shares.
Shares were trading at 1,360.00p, down 1.7% Monday.
