LONDON (Alliance News) - Broadcaster ITV PLC on Thursday said Director of Television Peter Fincham sold shares in the company on Tuesday.
Fincham sold 300,000 shares for 259.00 pence per share. He now owns 1.0 million ITV shares, or a 0.025% stake.
The shares were sold the same day ITV said it expects to deliver strong double-digit profit growth for the full year and said its initial outlook for 2016 is encouraging, as revenue increased across the business in the first nine months of 2015.
Shares in ITV were down 0.6% to 263.60 pence on Thursday.
