LONDON (Alliance News) - ITE Group PLC said Chair Richard Last had acquired shares worth GBP37,500 in the exhibitions and events firm in a transaction on Thursday.
Last - chair since February 2018 - bought 50,000 shares at 75 pence each. Shares in ITE closed 1.2% higher at 75.90 pence on Thursday.
The total holding of Last after the transaction was not disclosed.
