LONDON (Alliance News) - InterQuest Group PLC, a recruitment business, said Chairman Gary Ashworth purchased 4.2 million shares at a price of 24.00 pence per share on Thursday.
Following this transaction, Ashworth now holds 34.4 million shares in InterQuest Group, reflecting a 66.2% stake in the company.
Shares in InterQuest Group were trading down 13% at 17.40 pence each on Thursday.
