LONDON (Alliance News) - Engineer Hayward Tyler Group PLC said on Thursday Chief Executive Officer Ewan Lloyd-Baker bought shares in the company on Wednesday.
Lloyd-Baker bought 32,395 shares at 79.00 pence per share. Hayward Tyler did not provide his total beneficial interest in the company following the transaction.
On Tuesday, Hayward Tyler said pretax profit for the year to the end of March was GBP3.0 million, down from the GBP4.4 million it made a year earlier. The company remained confident on outlook however, with profits down due to one-off charges and trading in a difficult market.
Hayward Tyler shares were up 1.6% at 80.80p on Thursday.
