Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC - London-based pharmaceutical maker with operations in Jordan - Non-Executive Director Tobias Hestler buys 7,500 shares at GBP16.48, worth GBP123,600, in London on Monday.

Berkeley Group Holdings PLC - Cobham, England-based housebuilder - Chief Executive Officer Richard Stearn buys 1,692 shares at average GBP35.25, worth GBP59,635, on Tuesday. Jane Eady, an associate of CFO Neil Eady, buys 3,405 shares at GBP35.15, worth GBP119,686, also on Tuesday. The share purchases are made from part of the annual bonuses received by Stearn and Eady, Berkeley says.
