DIRECTOR DEALINGS: GETECH Non-Executive Director Lifts Stake

LONDON (Alliance News) - GETECH Group PLC Monday said Non-Executive Director Peter Stephens bought 250,000 shares at a price of 26.50 pence each on Friday.

Following this transaction, Stephens now holds 1.9 million shares, which represents a 5.0% stake in the firm.

The stock closed geoscience services company closed up 10% at 29.00p Monday.
