(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Gamesys Group PLC - London-based online gaming, including Jackpotjoy brand - Chief People Officer Tina Southall sells 23,418 shares at GBP18.40, worth GBP430,891, on Friday last week. Still holds 70,254 shares, a 0.1% stake.

Capital Ltd - London-based mining services in Africa - Stuart Thomson, chief executive officer of MSALABS business, sells 145,000 shares at average price of 79.5p, worth GBP115,275, on Friday.

ActiveOps PLC - Reading, England-based management process automation software platform - Chief Technology Officer Kevin Evans sells 36,000 shares at 164.71 pence, worth GBP59,295, on August 16.

Coca-Cola HBC AG - Swiss-based soft drinks bottler - CEO Zoran Bogdanovic sells 10,000 shares at GBP26.56, worth GBP265,619, on Monday. The shares were sold after Bogdanovic exercised options for the shares at GBP15.50, making a net gain of GBP109,756. Bogdanovic had sold 9,113 shares after options exercises earlier in the week.

IG Design Group PLC - Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire-based consumer gift packaging - Non-Executive Chair Stewart Gilliland buys 7,500 shares at 522p, worth GBP39,150, on Tuesday. The purchase is his only holding, having joined the board early in July.

NewRiver REIT PLC - real estate investment trust focused on UK retail and leisure assets - Chief Financial Officer Will Hobman buys 60,643 shares at 82.51p, worth GBP50,036, on Monday. Hobman was promoted to CFO in July, replacing Mark Davies following the sale of pub chain Hawthorn Leisure REIT Ltd to Admiral Taverns.

ImmuPharma PLC - London-based developer of peptide-based therapeutics for autoimmune diseases - All members of the board, as well as CFO Ewa Flynn, buy shares on Monday and Tuesday, taking 670,000 in total, worth about GBP54,000 in total. Chair & CEO Tim McCarthy buys the most, at 250,000, and now has 288,462 shares, a 0.1% stake. Immupharma recently underwent a series of board changes following the departure of former CEO Dimitri Dimitriou. McCarthy added CEO to his role of chair until an new non-executive chair can be found.
