LONDON (Alliance News) - Findel PLC said Friday Non-Executive Director Gregor Ball purchased around GBP39,700 in shares in a transaction on Thursday.
Ball bought 18,570 shares at a price of GBP2.14 per share. It has not been disclosed how many share he now holds following this transaction.
Shares in the retailer closed 10% higher at 232.00 pence on Friday.
