LONDON (Alliance News) - F&C Commercial Property Trust Ltd on Monday said that Non-Executive Director John Wythe and his wife Wendy Wythe bought shares in the company.
On Friday, John Wythe acquired 16,733 shares at 119.5 pence each for GBP19,995. Meanwhile on the same day, Wendy Wythe concluded an identical transaction, also for a value of GBP19,995.
The couple's total holding in the firm following these acquisitions was not disclosed.
F&C Commercial Property Trust shares were trading up 0.2% at 119.60p each on Monday afternoon.
