Brickability Group PLC - Bridgend, Wales-based construction materials distributor - Arnold Van Huet, managing director of Crest subsidiary, buys 123,500 shares at 81.0 pence, worth GBP100,035, on Thursday. Now has 10.1 million shares, a 3.4% stake.

Supply@Me Capital PLC - London-based inventory monetisation platform - Company issues a total of 213.5 million shares, worth GBP179,361 at Monday's market price, as earn-out payments for 2021, as part of the acquisition of TradeFlow Capital Management. The shares are issued to Tom James, CEO & chief investment officer of TradeFlow, and John Collis, chief risk officer & head of compliance. Both also are executive directors of Supply@Me.
