(Alliance News) - EJF Investments Ltd said Chair Joanna Dentskevich bought GBP49,880 worth of shares in the company on Friday.
Dentskevich paid GBP1.72 per share for 29,000 shares in the closed-ended investment company. Her holding following the deal was not disclosed.
Shares in EJF were down 3.2% at 164.10 pence in London on Friday.
