Darktrace PLC - Cambridge, England-based cybersecurity - Chief Technology Officer Jack Stockdale sells 397,960 shares at 368.8p and 396p, worth GBP1.6 million, on Thursday and Friday last week. Darktrace says disposal is "a single digit percentage" of Stockdale's total vested and unvested holding but doesn't provide his current stake.

Grafton Group PLC - Dublin-based building materials firm - Chief Executive Officer Gavin Slark sells 150,000 shares at 817.93p, worth GBP1.2 million, on Monday. Slark is leaving Grafton at the end of the year to become CEO of fellow construction products firm SIG PLC. Eric Born is joining Grafton from aviation services provider Swissport International AG to be the new CEO.

TBC Bank Group PLC - financial services in Georgia and Uzbekistan - Vakhtang Butskhrikidze, CEO of JSC TBC Bank, sells 45,000 shares at average GBP21.90, worth GBP985,681, on Tuesday.

J Sainsbury PLC - London-based supermarket chain - Chief Information Officer Phil Jordan sells 100,000 shares at GBP2.14, worth GBP214,200, on Thursday last week.

M&C Saatchi PLC - London-based advertising agency - Chair Gareth Davis buys 75,870 shares at GBP1.33 on Friday last week, while Non-Executive Director Lisa Gordon buys 50,000 shares at GBP1.40 on Tuesday. The purchases are worth GBP170,697 in total. Davis now has 178,590 shares, a 0.2% stake, and Gordon has 100,000.
