LONDON (Alliance News) - Cyan Holdings PLC said Chairman John Cronin bought 54 million shares at a price of 0.1827 pence per share Thursday.
Following this transaction, Cronin holds 159.7 million shares, which represents 2.35% stake in the firm.
The company also said Chief Financial Officer Simon Smith bought 27.5 million shares at 0.189p each and now holds 107.2 million shares or 1.58% of the total voting rights.
Cyan Holdings on Tuesday had said its first half trading was in line with its expectations as it managed to continue the momentum seen at the end of its previous financial year.
Shares in the software design company were up 7.4% at 0.188p Thursday.
