LONDON (Alliance News) - Cronin Group PLC, a AIM listed company focusing on digitizing chemistry, said Tuesday that Non-Executive Director Laurence Ede purchased 357,142 ordinary shares at 2.8 pence per share on Monday.
Following the transaction, Laurence Ede now holds 801,586 shares, representing 0.15% of the issued share capital of the company.
Shares in the company closed at 3.00 pence, up 7%.
