Chief Executive Officer Christopher Bogart and Chief Investment Officer Jonathan Molot each sell 90,000 shares, President Aviva Will sells 7,500, and Vice Chair David Perla sells 3,000. The shares are sold in New York by Merrill Lynch as part of executive share liquidity plans.

It said this has resulted in a different mix of orders and products than expected and "some delays in contract completions and pipeline conversion". Vianet expects to report earnings before interest, tax, and amortisation of GBP3.6 million and GBP15.7 million in revenue for the financial year that ends on March 31. This still will be up from GBP3.5 million and GBP15.2 million, respectively, in financial 2024.

----------

Literacy Capital PLC - London-based investment trust that makes long-term investments in private UK businesses and donates to literacy and education charities - Chair Paul Pindar pledges 15.0 million Literacy Capital shares against a personal loan facility with HSBC. Pindar's shareholding remains unchanged, holding 17.0 million shares together with wife Sharon.
