LONDON (Alliance News) - Burford Capital Limited Monday said Non-Executive Director Hugh Steven Wilson bought 50,000 shares at a price of 123 pence per share Friday.
Following this transaction, Wilson holds 200,000 shares, which represents 0.1% of the issued share capital.
Shares in the litigation-related investment capital provider were untraded at 123.00 pence per share Monday.
