LONDON (Alliance News) - British Empire Trust PLC said Friday Portfolio Manager Joseph Bauernfreund had sold shares worth nearly GBP50,500 in the investment firm in a brace of transaction on Wednesday.
Bauernfreund - portfolio manager at British Empire since 2015 - sold 3,000 shares at 721.52 pence each and a further 4,000 shares at 721.00p each. In total, he sold 7,000 shares for a combined GBP50,486.
Shares in British Empire Trust closed 0.4% higher at 722.00p on Friday.
The holding of Bauernfreund after the transactions - if any - was not disclosed.
