LONDON (Alliance News) - British Empire Trust PLC said that Non-Executive Director Graham Kitchen purchased around GBP27,900 in shares on Wednesday.
Kitchen bought 4,000 shares at a price of 697.735 pence per share.
It has not been disclosed how many shares Kitchen now holds following this transaction.
Shares in the FTSE 250-listed investment trust were up 0.2% at 699.10 pence on Wednesday.
