LONDON (Alliance News) - Berendsen PLC Thursday said Non-Executive Director Andrew Wood sold 5,000 shares at a price of 1,219 pence per share.
Following the transaction, Wood now holds 20,000 shares.
The stock was down 0.2% at 1,226.00p Thursday.
