LONDON (Alliance News) - Aquatic Foods Group PLC said Non-Executive Director Jonathan Quirk purchased 125,000 shares at 6.75p per share on Thursday.
Following the purchase, Quirk holds a total of 200,000 shares, representing approximately 0.18% of the issued share capital.
Shares in the seafood company were up 15% at 7.20p Thursday.
