LONDON (Alliance News) - Industrial firm Ambrian PLC on Wednesday said Chief Executive Officer Jean-Pierre Conrad bought 50,000 shares at 2.25 pence per share on Monday.
Conrad now owns 24.6 million shares in the firm, or a 9.7% stake.
Ambrian shares were up 2.6% to 2.17p on Wednesday.
