(Alliance News) - Adept4 PLC said on Monday that Simon Duckworth, non-executive chair, purchased 1.2 million shares in the IT services provider.
Adept4 said Duckworth purchased the shares at a price of 1.47 pence each, in a transaction worth GBP17,640 on Friday.
Following this transaction, Duckworth now holds 6.9 million shares, representing 1.4% stake in the company.
Adept4 shares closed 16% higher in London at 1.80p each on Monday.
