LONDON (Alliance News) - Action Hotels PLC Thursday said Chairman Mubarak Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah bought 60,000 shares at a price of 52.66 pence per share on November 30.
Following this transaction, Al Sabah has a total benefical interest in 97.2 million shares, or a 65.86% stake in the hotel operator.
The stock was up 1.0% at 53.00p Thursday.
