Digital Landscape Shares Readmitted To Trading After AP WIP Deal

1st Apr 2020 15:31

(Alliance News) - Digital Landscape Group Inc on Wednesday said its shares have been readmitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.

Digital Landscape is a cell site lease investment firm focused on the acquisition and ownership of property underlying wireless sites.

In February, Landscape Acquisition Holdings Ltd said it completed the USD860 million purchase of antenna & phone mast investor AP WIP Investments Holdings LP and changed its name to Digital Landscape.

Landscape Acquisition listed on the London Main Market in 2017 for the purpose of reversing into a business. It shares were suspended as the AP WIP Investments acquisition constituted a reverse takeover.

"Amidst the backdrop of a global health crisis, our recently completed transaction provides us with significant cash to deploy in our core business, as well as in similarly situated wireless communications infrastructure assets, said Digital Landscape Chief Executive Bill Berkman.

"The critical importance of wireless communications to all users is even more apparent than usual, evidenced by surging demand in light of the current global instability. The company will continue to deploy capital through its proven acquisition platform, which originates cell site properties as part of the Company's continuing growth plan," Berkman added.

As at the end of December, Digital Landscape had over GBP62 million of in-place annual rent.

The stock was flat at USD0.05 each on Wednesday afternoon in London.
