LONDON (Alliance News) - NEX Group PLC said Tuesday Deutsche Bank AG now holds a 5.0% stake in the company.
The German investment bank's holding, if any, in NEX prior to last Tuesday's transaction was not disclosed.
Deutsche Bank now holds an interest in 19.0 million of the FTSE 250-listed company's 379.7 million issued share capital.
Shares in NEX closed Tuesday up 1.0% at 1,055.00 pence each.
