LONDON (Alliance News) - Contract research organisation Cyprotex PLC on Wednesday said its financial performance in the first half outpaced its expectations and said its strategic review continues.
Cyprotex said its results for the half to the end of 2016 were significantly ahead of its expectations and marked a big improvement on the comparable period a year earlier.
Cyprotex said it is continuing its strategic review, which will consider all options for the company including a sale or the pursuit of strategic partnerships.
The company will publish interim results on August 2.
Shares in Cyprotex were up 10% to 131.00 pence after the news.
