(Alliance News) - CyanConnode Holdings PLC on Tuesday said RSM UK Audit LLP has been appointed as its external auditor until the end of March 2020 to replace Deloitte LLP.
In addition, the Cambridge-based wireless communication technology company said its Audit Committee has reviewed its financial year end and concluded that it will be "more practical" to use the financial year end of its Indian subsidiary, being March 31.
Consequently, CyanConnode said it will be changing its accounting reference date and financial year end from the end of December to the end of March.
The company said it will publish its results for the six months to the end of 2019 by March 31 next year, then it will release its audited accounts for the fifteen-month period until the end of March 2020 by the end of September 2020. It will publish its results for the six months to the end of September by the end of December 2020.
CyanConnode shares were trading 14% lower in London on Tuesday at 1.60 pence each.
