LONDON (Alliance News) - CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Ltd on Monday said it will issue new shares in the company in response to "ongoing demand" from investors.
The company did not specify the final number of shares to be issued but explained that they will be issued at at a price that is equal to a 1% premium to the last-published net asset value per share at the time the placing closes, expected to be the estimated weekly NAV at May 24.
CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities shares were trading 0.7% lower at 107.00 pence each on Monday afternoon.
Admission of the new shares to trading is expected on June 11.
