LONDON (Alliance News) - CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Ltd on Friday said it raised GBP23.7 million via placing of 22.0 million shares.
On Thursday, the investment company priced the share issue at GBP1.0795 and EUR1.0365 per share, a 1% premium to the last-published net asset value per share.
The new shares are expected to start trading on June 11, following which the company will have 359.2 million sterling shares and 127.9 million euro shares in issue. Additionally, CVC has 21.0 million sterling shares and 4.7 million euro shares in the treasury.
CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities shares were trading 1.0% lower at 106.65 pence each.
