LONDON (Alliance News) - CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Ltd on Thursday priced a previously announced share issue at GBP1.0795 and EUR1.0365 per share respectively.
The placing will close at 1300 BST on Thursday, with admission expected on June 11.
At the end of May, CVC said it would issue new shares in response to "ongoing demand" from investors.
However, back then, the company did not specify the final number of shares to be issued but explained that they will be issued at a price that is equal to a 1% premium to the last-published net asset value per share at the time the placing closes.
The total number of shares to be issued was still not specified by the firm on Thursday.
CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities shares were trading 1.2% lower at 107.00 pence each.
