LONDON (Alliance News) - CVC Credit Partners European Opportunities Ltd on Tuesday said it banked EUR262,850 via the sale of 250,000 Euro shares out of treasury.
The company sold the shares at EUR1.0514 each. Following the sale, the company will have 128.4 million Euro shares and 342.8 million Sterling shares in its capital.
CVC Credit Partners European shares were trading up 0.5% at 106.50 pence each.
