LONDON (Alliance News) - Investment management software developer Fidessa Group PLC said on Wednesday HSBC Holdings PLC increased its holding in the firm to 5.4%.
HSBC had a stake below the notifiable threshold before last Friday's transaction.
Shares in Fidessa Group closed down 0.2% at 3,925.00 pence.
