Coms Confident As It Says Earnings, Revenue Up In Full Year

15th Mar 2016 12:09

LONDON (Alliance News) - Coms PLC Tuesday said it remains confident of its future trading prospects, as it said it saw earnings and revenue from its continuing operations rise in its most recently ended financial year.

The company said its earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation for the year to end-January, stated before a GBP1 million overhead, was GBP2.2 million, up from GBP900,000 the year before.

This was on revenue of GBP40.1 million, up from GBP29.5 million, driven by demand for the company's products in the 'smart building' technology space.

Coms expects to report its full year results at the end of May.

Shares in Coms were up 4.5% at 1.75 pence Tuesday afternoon.
